Prozorro.Sale JSC and Prozorro SOE are two different state-owned companies built according to “everyone sees everything” principles, but running different electronic systems. Prozorro.Sale JSC is used to conduct e-auctions for the sale and rent of public assets; and Prozorro SOE is used to conduct tenders for purchasing goods, works, and services by state-owned enterprises and institutions. The total amount of revenue generated by the state and municipalities through Prozorro.Sale reaches over UAH 75 billion (USD 2.5 billion).
