Ukrainian citizens
Foreign citizens
Ukrainian legal entities
Foreign legal entities.

Not allowed to participate:

Public authorities
Legal entities and individuals sanctioned or related to the aggressor state. Offshore investments without a transparent ownership structure are forbidden.

What is the cost of participation in the auction?

To participate in a large-scale privatization auction, a potential participant must pay a guarantee fee, which is determined as a percentage of the sale price of the privatization object, including value-added tax, and amounts to:

Over UAH 64 million

If the sale price of the lot is more than UAH 64 million inclusive.

Up to 1%

A bank guarantee may also be used as a guarantee fee.

2. The registration fee for large-scale privatization objects equals 10 living wages (as of 01 January 2024).
