As advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz from 2019 to 2021. She also served as Deputy Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine for European Integration; she coordinated cooperation with the EU in the energy sector, international organizations, and IFIs (including the World Bank, EBRD, EIB, and others). She coordinated the strategic direction of the development of the fuel and energy sector.

 

She worked in the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, particularly as an advisor to the Administration and to Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk.

 

She was a project manager for energy reform at the National Reform Council chaired by the President of Ukraine. Subsequently, she worked as a support manager for the entire National Reform Council, coordinating the activities of the Project Office and stakeholders in prioritizing reforms, planning, advocacy, and approval of program documents.

 

She has experience in coordinating projects to harmonize Ukrainian energy legislation with EU legislation, working with international financial organizations and other stakeholders. Since 2017, she has been a member of the Bureau of the UN Committee on Sustainable Energy. 


She has worked as a legal and energy consultant in the public and private sectors.

 

She studied at the Law Faculty of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Subsequently, she studied at the Law Faculty of the Humboldt University of Berlin on an Erasmus scholarship in the program "German and EU Law" and at the Institute of Energy Economics of Tokyo (Japan) - IEEJ, specializing in Energy Policy. She is a graduate of the Aspen Institute in Kyiv.
